Legislator Jon Cooper participant in one of the pre-school programs offered at the Station Branch of the Huntington Public Library. In addition to meeting with over a dozen bright and enthusiastic youngsters, Legislator Cooper took the opportunity to speak with many of their parents, as well as the dedicated staff that runs the program.
