Legislator Jon Cooper had the pleasure to present Ferd Neumann with a proclamation honoring him as the 18th Legislative District's Volunteer Emergency Medical Technician of the Year for 2003. Legislator Cooper offered his thanks to Ferd for his 28 years of dedicated service with the Huntington Community First Aid Squad. He also congratulated Ferd for being honored by the Suffolk Regional Emergency Medical Service Council as their Basic Life Support Provider of the Year.
