Legislator Jon Cooper and Huntington Town Supervisor Frank Petrone held a press conference to announce their joint plan to acquire blighted One Tower Street in Huntington Station for transformation into a neighborhood asset-- a community resource center. Legislator Cooper and Supervisor Petrone made their announcement with the One Tower Street house behind them before an enthusiastic crowd of Lowndes Avenue neighbors, Huntington School District parents and officials, community leaders and others.
