Legislator Jon Cooper was pleased to host a mock "Congressional hearing" at the Suffolk County Legislature in Hauppauge with two dozen fifth graders from Pulaski Road Elementary School. Taking on the roles of Constitutional experts, the students gave presentations and answered questions that demonstrated their knowledge of the Constitution, our nation's democratic foundations and our shared civic values.
