Legislator Jon Cooper addressed a crowd of supporters at the County Center in Riverhead after the Suffolk County Legislature unanimously approved his resolution formally opposing Broadwater Energys proposal to anchor a massive liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in the middle of the Long Island Sound.
