They also expressed their strong support for Legislator Cooper’s proposed legislation that would authorize the seizure and auction of vehicles used by convicted drag racers. Legislator Cooper also announced that he is drafting a separate resolution that seeks to establish a facility in Suffolk County where people can race their vehicles legally.
